What will you be doing?

You’ll be given the whole world of health and wellness to play in, a 30Billion+ niche. Exciting, right?! You’ll work with a team of talented MoreNicher’s who, with your drive, will help you grow a network marketing business. MoreNiche is all about building strong long term relationships and providing products which sell.

As an Affiliate Manager you’ll use your hunger to recruit new affiliates and drive them to sell more via our network. Your focus is 100% on partnership growth – and you will be measured on how much revenue growth your affiliates achieve.

You’ll be working collaboratively with the whole MoreNiche team (find out more about this here) and also working with team members across the group.

This is a ‘roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty’ type of role.

If you’re looking to just tell others what to do, this is NOT the role or company for you.

You and your team-mates have full decision-making authority over the direction of the MoreNiche business and you will work closely with our centralised support team for budgeting, financial support, mentorship, in-house consultants and more.

They have decades of experience in their field and you will be supported by people all across our ecosystem.

Just another day in the office

Your typical day will be:

  • Focus on building your pipeline of new super affiliates
  • Growing the revenue of your affiliate partners
  • Work on growing brand awareness via sales and marketing channels
  • Removing blockers and simplifying workflows, keeping it simple is one of our core values
  • Experimenting fast and rewriting the rules to deliver results

  • You have a proven track record recruiting and growing affiliates revenue in highly competitive markets
  • You experience in the Health and Wellness industry

  • You have the ability to constantly evolve, improve, adapt and innovate.

  • You’re eager to learn new things and stay on top of current marketing trends

  • You attend conferences, training and local meet-ups related to digital marketing or affiliates
  • You have experience in other sectors

Remote working? Sure, why not?!

We’ve got a growing bunch of remote workers based all over the world, so we’ll consider applications from anywhere. All we ask is:

  • Should you be invited, you will attend an interview either remotely or at a location suitable for both 
  • If you bag the job, you might be asked to spend your first two working weeks at a specific location (we’ll pay your travel and accommodation expenses) so we can get you properly onboarded and making friends with your fellow team members
  • You attend our “all-hands on deck” weeks – the location for these changes from quarter to quarter

What are “all hands” weeks? These are week-long events where team members near and far descend on a location and spend a week collaborating, socialising and having a good laugh. It’s pretty awesome.

We can achieve so much more in a much smaller time frame when we’re all together. And it’s super important for connecting with and building strong relationships with your teammates Especially for our remote workers – it’s kinda difficult to know someone through a screen, don’t you think? Meeting your teammates face to face on the reg is the best way to really get to know them.
