You’ll be given the whole world of health and wellness to play in, a 30Billion+ niche. Exciting, right?! You’ll work with a team of talented MoreNicher’s who, with your drive, will help you grow a network marketing business. MoreNiche is all about building strong long term relationships and providing products which sell.
As an Affiliate Manager you’ll use your hunger to recruit new affiliates and drive them to sell more via our network. Your focus is 100% on partnership growth – and you will be measured on how much revenue growth your affiliates achieve.
You’ll be working collaboratively with the whole MoreNiche team (find out more about this here) and also working with team members across the group.
This is a ‘roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty’ type of role.
If you’re looking to just tell others what to do, this is NOT the role or company for you.
You and your team-mates have full decision-making authority over the direction of the MoreNiche business and you will work closely with our centralised support team for budgeting, financial support, mentorship, in-house consultants and more.
They have decades of experience in their field and you will be supported by people all across our ecosystem.

We’ve got a growing bunch of remote workers based all over the world, so we’ll consider applications from anywhere. All we ask is:
What are “all hands” weeks? These are week-long events where team members near and far descend on a location and spend a week collaborating, socialising and having a good laugh. It’s pretty awesome.
We can achieve so much more in a much smaller time frame when we’re all together. And it’s super important for connecting with and building strong relationships with your teammates Especially for our remote workers – it’s kinda difficult to know someone through a screen, don’t you think? Meeting your teammates face to face on the reg is the best way to really get to know them.
