Health Nutrition is a global seller of health supplements, both direct to consumer and via marketplaces such as Amazon.
We have been selling products online since 2005 and operate in highly competitive markets such as weight loss and sport nutrition.
You will be the voice of our customer ensuring excellence in every decision we make. You will be helping support our entire ecosystem to thrive.
You’ll be working collaboratively with the whole team (find out more about them here), actively supporting the successful scaling of Health Nutrition, whilst also working with the other startups.
This is a ‘roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty’ type of role.

We are all about empowerment and this role is very much an enabler/facilitator type role. You will be building and implementing customer excellence throughout, including but not limited to our customer service partner and our community projects.
You will require a passion for delivering excellence to customers and ideally have helped build community projects in the past.

Remote working? Sure, why not?!
We’ve got a growing bunch of remote workers based all over the world, so we’ll consider applications from anywhere. All we ask is:
What are “all hands” weeks? These are week-long events where team members near and far descend on a location and spend a week collaborating, socialising and having a good laugh. It’s pretty awesome.
We can achieve so much more in a much smaller time frame when we’re all together. And it’s super important for connecting with and building strong relationships with your teammates Especially for our remote workers – it’s kinda difficult to know someone through a screen, don’t you think? Meeting your teammates face to face on the reg is the best way to really get to know them.
